SEN SPORTS LTD

INCLUSIVE SPORTS FOR SEN KIDS

SEN Sports partners with schools and children’s homes to deliver structured, engaging and inclusive physical activity for children and young people with additional needs.

Our sessions are adapted to each group’s abilities, support requirements and intended outcomes. Whether you want to strengthen your physical education provision, increase participation in physical activity or provide meaningful opportunities for the children and young people in your care, we can develop a programme that works for your setting.

More Than Simply Keeping Active

For many children and young people with additional needs, traditional sports provision can feel inaccessible, overwhelming or focused on what they cannot do.

Our approach begins with the individual.

We adapt activities, instructions, equipment, session pace and levels of support so that participants can engage meaningfully and experience genuine progress. Sessions are designed to be enjoyable while developing valuable physical, social and emotional skills.

Success may look different for every participant. It could be joining an activity for the first time, following an instruction, developing a new movement, working alongside another person or completing a full session with growing independence.

We recognise and build upon every step of progress.

Why Organisations Choose SEN Sports

Specialist experience

Our work is specifically focused on inclusive sport and supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

Adaptable delivery

We adjust each programme around the needs, abilities, environment and objectives of the organisation.

Meaningful outcomes

Our sessions can support physical development, confidence, participation, social interaction and greater independence.

Consistent relationships

We understand that familiarity, trust and predictable routines can be essential for the children and young people we support.

Clear communication

We work collaboratively with staff, professionals and carers to understand individual needs and review how the provision is progressing.

A Programme Built Around Your Setting

We understand that no two organisations or groups of children are the same.

Before recommending a programme, we will speak with you about:

  • The children or young people you support

  • Their ages, abilities and support needs

  • Your current challenges or gaps in provision

  • The outcomes you would like to work towards

  • Your preferred schedule and delivery location

We can then recommend an appropriate session structure and provide a tailored proposal for your organisation.

Let’s Create More Opportunities to Participate

If your school, children’s home or care organisation is looking for specialist, inclusive sports provision, we would be happy to discuss what support could look like for your setting.
